Hi! My name is Richard and I am a highly experience local guide offering guided hikes within the Nevis Range, including multiple routes up Ben Nevis. I offer regular group hikes as well as private hire (subject to availability).
Group Walks
My group walks take place regularly during the year, with two guided hikes each weekend (one each on Saturday and Sunday). The route alternates on a bi-weekly schedule and covers some of the more popular hikes.
Price: ยฃ25 per person (max 10 people per group)
Please note, dogs are generally not permitted on the group walks. In winter months, the schedule will depend on the weather conditions.
Important – a good level of fitness is required for the guided group walks, which can be anything from seven to nine hours in length.
Private Hire
For mid-week walks I am also available for private hire. This can be completely customised to your group and I’m happy to talk you through the route options and discuss the ability level of your group.
Dogs are permitted depending on the route, as well as the health and fitness of the dog. This will need to be discussed and agreed prior to the walk.
Price: From ยฃ250 per day (max 10 people per group)
